Most business owners don’t have an information problem.
They already know they should follow up more consistently, ask for referrals, improve their website, create better content or finally embrace video.
The challenge isn’t knowing what to do.
It’s doing it.
Now AI has entered the conversation, and I think many people are asking the wrong question.
Instead of asking, “Can AI do this for me?”, perhaps we should be asking, “How can AI help me think better?”
That shift changes everything.
AI can analyse, organise, research and generate ideas at extraordinary speed.
But it can’t replace experience. It can’t replace judgement. It doesn’t understand trust, relationships or the consequences of making the wrong decision.
Those remain uniquely human.
That’s why I’ve come to believe: Experience gives us judgement. AI gives us leverage. Neither is enough on its own.
The real opportunity isn’t to think like AI.
It’s to think with AI.
Use it to challenge your assumptions, test your ideas, expose blind spots and explore possibilities. But never surrender your judgement or your curiosity.
Because AI should amplify your thinking, not replace it.
Information has become abundant.
Judgement has become more valuable than ever.
And the people who combine experience, curiosity and decisive action will almost always outperform those who simply collect more knowledge - or allow AI to do all their thinking for them.
But what do you think? Are you leaning into Ai or avoiding it where you can?
